We produce precision parts of the highest quality and ensure this through our measuring systems. Our aim corresponds to the zero-defect strategy. Measurement results are imported by the production employees directly via BABTEC EDP (SPC control charts). Internal and external audits ensure our quality.
Measuring instruments used
We use both optical and tactile systems. Compliance with tolerances of up to 0.0002 mm can be checked and confirmed. All our measuring and testing systems are regularly calibrated or certified.
